By creating an account or placing an order you agree to these terms. If you use the platform on behalf of a self-help group or a business, you confirm you are authorised to bind it.

You may hold more than one role, such as customer and landowner. Keep your login credentials private; you are responsible for activity carried out from your account. Staff, advisor, admin and super admin roles are granted by us and may be revoked at any time.

You confirm that you own the listed land or are lawfully authorised to permit cultivation on it, and that it is free of disputes that would prevent farming. We may inspect, soil test and reject any parcel.

A cultivation agreement is for a fixed term and does not transfer ownership. Compensation may be a fixed lease amount, a revenue or profit share, or a combination, as recorded in the signed agreement. Crop planning, inputs and labour arrangements are decided by us.

Harvest logs recorded by our operations team, together with the procurement rate in force, determine the entries in your produce-credit ledger. Payouts are released after harvest reconciliation to the bank details you provide. Yields depend on weather, pests and other factors outside our control, so no specific income is guaranteed unless a fixed lease is stated in your agreement.

Empanelled units must complete assigned tasks on schedule, follow organic practices, and submit photo or video proof for each task. Payments follow the signed SHG contract and the transactions recorded in the unit account. Falsified proof or use of prohibited chemical inputs can lead to removal from the panel.

Prices and stock are shown in the app and may change before an order is confirmed. Fresh produce is natural and may vary in size, colour and appearance. Delivery is available in serviceable areas in Kerala; provide an accurate address and map pin.

An order can be cancelled until it is picked up for delivery. If an item arrives damaged, spoiled or missing, report it within 24 hours with a photo and we will replace it or refund that item to the original payment method.

Do not upload false records, impersonate another person, misuse advisor channels, attempt to access data belonging to other roles, or interfere with the platform's security.

Guidance from advisors is general agricultural advice based on the information and photos you share. It is not a warranty of results, and you remain responsible for decisions taken on your own land.

We may suspend accounts that breach these terms and may update the terms as the platform evolves. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms. These terms are governed by the laws of India, with courts in Kerala having jurisdiction.
